Hey Greenland, as Gymjunky suggested, you can vote online. Although you will need seperate voter access codes for each resolution.
If you think your forms won't come in time, I would shoot off an email to boardroom Pty and see if they can provide further advice or if they can provide them directly. I'm not too sure of the technicalities for overseas holders, so best to chat to them.
