Bear in mind, that back in early Feb 15, Mr. Walker purchased 35 mill shares through the effective transference of Larry Glass's 0.013 options for approx. 0.15c a share (the SP then being 17.5c). He is a bit underwater on those shares now. This 70 mill (if the majority are effectively owned by him) at 9c would go a long way to a bit of 'averaging down'.

I can only see this as a huge show of enduring confidence in this company by Lang Walker. Effectively this issue provides NEU with a little insurance against failure of Fragile X to show adequate promise (which would cause a substantial drop in the SP), but provides him with a perhaps additional well deserved reward for his long term support of the company, should the trial produce a demonstrably positive result.

Not implying anyone knows anything, but I interpret this development as very bullish on the part or Walker and the company.
