If you observe carefully , NEU just bypassed your entire CR conundrum saving on costs / time allowing them to engage in meaningful activity and add to shareholder's value.

Also observer the fact that NEU has been well supported by Mr Walker over years and considering some of us holders have had their teeth in in the mid 7 cents or less I don't see this as backhanded since it is issued to Mr Walker today. Infact, I am glad this happened in the way it did.

There could not have been a more appropriate timing. Management is a class act as it happened at 9 cents which is the current market price and not at 10-20% market discount like most biotechs would do.
