As for, "Work it out smartie[.]" s64, Stunning as it may seem, NEU does NOT have a crystal ball. Considering, "a bird in the hand..." To reiterate, this move at a premium to sp is prudent, provides confidence, perhaps a floor price, and gives those on the sidelines quite a bit to ponder, eg. news timeline. However, with a working crystal ball NEU should've asked for $0.45!
Pure Speculation: Have we just witnessed the beginning of a climb to thhe mid-high teens, before news?
