Probably.
Although in this instance this is one of the times I am happy for a company to be raising capital. We know a very chunk of these shares will be going to Lang Walker who wouldn't be selling them at the drop of the hat & they're not being raised at a large discount.
I think It's a vote of confidence from the Company and it's major investors, too
