I really believe WPL is now entering a consolidation and has support at $40.
This company seems to be expensive in terms of current earnings, but the biggest upside in the energy sector of all companies.
How do people see the safety of buying at current levels, or accumalating around $38 to $40. This seems a safe bet, but I guess the capital raising concerns weigh on the price.
I think they do have a little too much debt (close to $5 billion), but it is for funding growth for sure.
Is a capital raising possible.....??? and is this a buy???
buying opportunity....
