The shareholders own the company, if any group should be getting as much shares as they want it is that group. They ended up getting $4m worth.
They are certainly more entitled thzn “sophisticated or institutional investors “ imo, who got $15m worth.
Either way, the money is going to be well used, provided it goes into stage 1 construction and not some investment in a seemingly, but not, random hard rock project in of all places, fkng quebec.
