pondering

If i was a business person,and had announced to people trying to make money. So they can afford a better class of enemy.And not wanting any more enemys myself as well as looking to be a bit of a tool to the general population. Would i invite people with real money from other parts of the world,to look at something worth their interest or a very expensive picnic.Or do i need more enemys. This not ramping,just a thought on a very public and hopefully profit bearing hole.Any thoughts.
