yeah its at 6.15mts mark and its interesting that LAtitude is a 2b company and needs that many share which it offers to be in an index.....so the deal is very imp for Latitude.......like the analyst said they want Latitude to pay more, and in my opinion current offer of x4.8 is less...should be more like x8 in line with industry standards.......
Boral sold their US operations after 7 offers/ rejections....this is only the first offer for HUM....HODL....NO is my vote
