Not confused at all, BOD is soooooooo incompetent and have run this company soooooooo badly that there is now no other way to salvage a small % of the value of your holdings by selling at firesale prices to a vulture......seems pretty clear

If this basic summary is incorrect, or more specifically "fraudulent" then I would assume ASIC would be asking questions as this would certainly be a breach of their responsibilities as Directors.

So in summary here are the two options to interpret the current situation:

1: THE COMPANY IS NEAR WORTHLESS AND NEEDS TO BE SOLD IN A FIRESALE

2: THE BOD ARE IN BREACH OF THIER DUTIES AND NEED TO FACE THE FULL CONSEQUNECES OF THE LAW IN THIS REGARD

PS: although it will not likely count for anything my vote is no, I believe the company has value, from that you can assume my position regarding the above 2 options........
