I agree with your assessment that by voting NO LFS will up the offer due to the fact that THEY NEED US.
This transaction would literally be giving away HCF, not sure about the claim of the $106m cash consideration, I would not have though any cash would be going with the business?
They offer scrip, get $106m and hand back $35m as a cash return? WTF?
In other words we pay them to take HCF off our hands?
My vote already was NO and will not be swayed unless something in the deal changes, if the claim by AA regarding cash in the deal is correct I will throw my support behind anyone that decides to launch legal action against this transaction.
