Will a no vote really get LFS to come back to the table with an increased offer?
With what our majority BOD is spouting our share price will get ravaged and LFS can come back and pick up the scraps. Or better yet Abercrombie can pick up the dead carcass.
I have no faith left in any of this board. The value play here is a YES vote. LFS will hopefully get the liquidity it needs to be indexed, leading to an increase in the SP of our latitude scrip.
Commercial will be rerated accordingly and may even be subject to a take over offer once the dust settles.
I’m hoping to walk away from this disaster class with a total value of approximately $1. Cut my losses and my opportunity cost for good and put what’s left of my investment into a much more worthwhile business.
