This line is repeated a couple of times "For the Overall Proposal to proceed, it is necessary that the requisite majorities of Humm Shareholders vote in favour of each Resolution" suggesting a majority is required in each resolution for the Overall Proposal to proceed. What they appear to mean is that for the ENTIRE Overall Proposal to proceed then all the resolutions must pass but the sale can still go through with some resolutions failing to pass.
They must have a politicians speech writer drafting this booklet and the PR's
