That facility is a securitisation warehouse. At most Citi could put it in accelerated amortisation if was in breach (which I highly doubt). Means would be unable to write as much volume as is rolling off.
That's not necessarily a bad thing. There is $400m of NTA in Humm ex the perpetual note. Half in HCF, half in commercial.
If you run down the HCF business and manage down costs you should be able to get most of the NTA back.
