    I have yet to see anyone post a compelling argument as to why SH should vote no, and I don't see any reason to agree other than hopes, thoughts and prayers that the SP will go up.

    With the sale of HCF there is
    1. Ability to participate in a new entity without any extra capital outlay, and
    2. The new entity having a track record of dividends at a decent yield, and
    3. Retaining HUM with a new focus, and
    4. HUM paying dividend.

    I'm voting yes to all of the boxes.

    Unless someone can provide a compelling argument other than 'it's not the right price'
