Interesting to note that the majority of Directors control 5.66% of the total shares. (AA has 20.19%)
John Wyllie is 99% of that majority total (or 5.52%)
- the rest have basically no skin in the game of note at (0.18%)

Another consideration is who are the 2 Directors to be offered seats on Latitude Board - that has to be worth something.

People really need to read the Kroll report - it convinces me to vote No because both options are a risk with HUMM never getting that clear runway to deliver ....... clearly what Latitude see as a pretty good reason to lob a low ball bid at this time in HUMM's journey.
Note; there is also 3 brokers views discussed through financials which indicate a going concern with dividends - nothing distressed just normal business risk with execution.
