This has been Morningstar’s advice since the offer first came out. To me it doesn’t quantify risks like Cap raises to fund overseas expansion, dividends disappearing for the same reason, Humm being too much of a small fish with the big players entering. I think we need scale and Latitude gives it to us and we are then left with a cleaner asset that won’t need cash support and will pay a dividend.
