There’s an interesting video on ****** today with Ron Shamgar from Tammin Asset Management on HUMM. He noted that the transaction to offload HCF is needed to extract value for HUM commercial but they were voting No. didn’t quite get that, unless he was looking at having LFS paymore. He also said the exact amount of shares LFS are issuing is the exact amount LFS needed to get liquidity and be included in an index so deal more important to LFS.
