I’m on the fence now waiting for my printed booklet and to listen to the video again. I was trying to convince myself as to how to vote No and I gave myself some compelling arguments over the weekend. I think deal should go through but staying put means we will still have a large cash pile and not payout the $55mil note to avoid capital raising But I need some dividends.
