I don't believe it's a fair price but it's only the only offer. I will be voting yes because if we continue with the status quo why should we expect any change in result (share price). It continued to fall during the biggest BNPL frenzy ever.
It's been talked to death on this forum how undervalued we are so why would it be any different if the offer is rejected.
