that almost makes no sense. All the press releases up until this one say the proposal/scheme is dependent upon shareholder approval. So it this a particularly badly written PR? Why would the courts demand a booklet be sent and a vote? Surely this is not a popularity contest? The cost of doing this if they don't need shareholder approval would be a terrible waste of time and money.
