Thanks. I’ve now listened to the video. I notice that RS didn’t mention which index he meant- I assume it would be the 300 not the 200. I think he may be wrong on the specifics about "the exact number of shares", but the general point is right. As I said above, the more important condition for index inclusion is not size of free float, but actual liquidity in the shares. LFS certainly hasn’t had that until now: maybe if the 150m shares are distributed to HUM shareholders and many sell, that would boost liquidity enough. However, I doubt that ASX/S&P would include it in the 300 index prospectively: LFS shares would actually have to demonstrate genuine and sustained liquidity before ASX/S&P would agree to include them in the index in a quarterly rebalancing - so probably not until September at the earliest.
