With the number of (full vesting) stock options they all receive every year I don't think anyone at the company has a reason to buy more of their own stock.
Also, I didn't say they believe in the company (although I think they do) I said they like working there, as in the perks provided and the people they work with. None of them seem to be in touch with their companies' financials in any way to be honest.
