I went through this with Zip as I wanted to buy asap back in July.
They will open at their prescribed re-listing price. Zip (formerly SKL) was at 1 cent, did a 50:1 consolidation and opened up at 20 cents - their prescribed listing price. So any holders going into the re-listing were immediately down 60% from wherever they were.
My opinion - and I might be wrong here (and happy to be proven wrong).
