    My understanding is this:

    - There were originally 180 million shares due to be released on the 18th March (as per 6th March announcement)
    - They are now releasing 80 million of them instead, with the other 100 million being held "voluntarily" until 18th March 2018.
    - It is not clear what "voluntarily" means in this case and whether that can be broken prior to March 2018
