I think Porter will wait till voting time and exercise his board spill then - between now and then he'll be researching and networking for his A-Team and i think he'll prove us all wrong - he's clearly timed this business plan to perfection and i assume he's patient and cunning when he knows he can be in control of something he knows first hand what he's dealing with - I know if i finally got my hands on the 5 mil i was owed but through some miracle mismanagement the 5 mil in todays money mant 35+% of the company with the option to pounce for full control to settle and old score then you betcha bottom dollar i'd be booting a lot dead wood and getting this baby up and running - Iam still holding, haven't participated in the offer and have a small buy in at .004 and will load up when there is an official green light or see the porter change of board spill announced!
