According to the Co.'s prospectus lodged 25 June 2024 and to an earlier announcement dated June 5 2024 (known as the ECJi Agreement) an entity identified only as ECJi Group was issued 3,000,000 listed options for various purposes including but not limited to:-

"engaging with international investors, providing services which
includes but not limited to; organising roadshows in Singapore,
organising meetings with international investors, provide insight
and strategy regarding to the Company’s social media"

A company search shows ECJi Group is an entity based in North Balwyn at a residential address which is a long way from Perth where Summit is. I'm curious about this and note that according to the Australian Business Register this company is not registered for GST purposes.
