Actually none of the above on my part. Experience in and around the markets and the way they work, then placing that theory into context....The ASX have long looked unfavourably upon companies that have financial / going concerns issues. Our balance sheet dictates we fit into that exact category.

When we look at things objectively and without a bias - its actually right there in front of us unfortunately.
