Kiss goodbye to relisting prior to Christmas.....
This is far worse than an administrative oversight - the only remedial action that will be acceptable is calling an Emergency AGM so that shareholders can vote.
What is happening with management here - couldn't provide an acceptable SLBC to the bank, haven't been able to satisfy ASX relisting conditions and now issuing shares in breach of ASX listing rules....the suspension will continue.
