    Looks like its the shares issued in the GJD purchase

    It appears that we may have issues these at ~26c so underwater relative to issue price, but given they still have 2/3rd under escrow the hope is they won't do a fire sale (well little chance of being able to sell 3m shares in an orderly manner given how illiquid this is)
