There does not seem to be any time limit for the JORC-based consideration of a further 25m shares upon achievement of an estimate of 1m tonnes at 2% and a third tranche, 5m shares, upon the estimate of 5m tonnes at 3%.
From the wording of the announcement on 10 May 2012 it looks as though the grades are not essential so long as the metal equivalent is JORC'd.
Even though these shares have been released from escrow, I doubt that they will be traded.
There does not seem to be any time limit for the JORC-based...
