What I have noticed about your answers to me are that you always try to belittle what I say with your answer.
I am more than happy to consider your argument if it is based on facts, and even educated professional opinions, but your constantly trying to take the intelligence high ground only tells me that you are not convinced by even your own opinion.
I think that everything you say is based solely upon your desire to make money from your tenements.
