Not for long it will stay here. Cash backing will work but need time a bit. market cap is 1/2 of cash. That is very rare in my experience only few cases. Hence news flow is important and price of OIL is already picking up. I think sellers @0.6c will regret sooner or later as share price will go up. I think that will happen this or next month. So if you can buy more kelsie @0.5c
