I personally do not understand why the share price is where it is. Perhaps one of the reasons is the fact that Dragontail is not (yet) covered by any research houses. Hardly anyone knows the company.
I only came across Dragontail by pure coincidence when I read the market announcement that Tiger invested in the business in Oct 2018. Probably most current investors are also invested by pure chance in the business.

If Dragontail will be known to the wider investor community I suspect the share price will be substantially higher.

I did a quick check. Since the 1/10/2019 (last 6 months) just over 27 Million shares have been traded (This is just over 10% of the company). This confirms my view how difficult it will be to get some shares in Dragontail when investors are becoming aware of the company.
