Agree. To expand on your point about the management, I don't know what Power does to justify his salary, and am surprised that holders continue voting for his remuneration packages. A corporate lawyer is useful in a business, but (a) you don't need one on staff and certainly not in Power's position – just hire them when required; and (b) having two on the board is unnecessary.

With one exception (Luke Watson), all board members belong to the LionOre club. That company's takeover was a great success but it was a long time ago, and Power et al have been dining out on it ever since to promote their credentials for running AZY. I'm sure they all contributed to the success of the takeover and made a lot of money from it, but it has no relevance to AZY's fortunes, and just working for LionOre has not endowed them with any special knowledge as Power has often claimed.
