you are right in that investors are looking for sure things in the current market of uncertainty. Unless the reward is significant with next to no risk, people are not buying right now.
I spoke to Steuart the other week. The credit approved term sheets timeline (CYQ2 2023) is based on what they are being told by the financial institutions and banks etc. If they miss the deadline I wouldn't be overly concerned as they are quite close. I just hope the fine print makes the deal good for BKT. They have received a lot of interest including unsolicited approaches for from other companies, that's as much as I know.
