as i mentioned i was at the last presentation in Nedlands last week. Even then, RH said that "Toro was one of the projects that has the approvals". Glossed over the issue of the substantial commencement question and what happened there.
RH - this is the one massive issue that is making me hold off investing in TOE. I can even accept or live with the worries that the company is not the best run - as someone else said on this forum, the tide raises all the boats. However, the inability or refusal to comprehensively answer this question is a massive red flag i can't move past. Please answer it, and then you might have a new shareholder!
