Insurance companies are all about managing risk, if you can't do that you go broke. They claim they have some of the best systems & caught this early relative to their peers & yet they still didn't find out until this week? Doesn't add up IMO.
One strike for me, purely on the communication front. It may very well be that this is just a normal fluctuation & that they are disproportionately impacted due to their size (as they stated). Only time will tell.
