so here we go… things are getting VERY interesting with regards to Sheba…
Basically, Sheba are the good guys in the world of health and they decided to send their virtual hospital out on a setup in the Ukraine. There will be field hospital and medicos involved but also a massive amount of technology is going to be used.. you guessed it the HeraCARE platform is going to coordinate the various ob/gyn devices and be used as Shebas go-to for obstetrics in their virtual setup. So why no price sensitive announcement?? It’s a donation and done free of charge.
This is a very positive and powerful step in the right direction for health. It fundamentally demonstrates that HeraCARE and HeraBEAT are able to be used in a war zone and specifically one with some pretty high level cyber-weapons deployed. HeraCARE must be a sound concept and as has been demonstrated by Hapvida in Brazil.. HeraBEATs can take a beating and keep working. This act opens up the very real possibility of third world roll out via the likes of Sheba, Drs without Borders, Red Cross etc… 80,000 mums will give birth in the Ukraine with NO access to proper hospitals. That’s a humanitarian disaster and at least HMD is doing what they can to make some lives better.
massive development, no commercial sensitivity, massive audience, huge win for HMD and the people of the Ukraine.
