Well there you go...

So we sell the Healthweigh division (not complete scales division from what i can tell) but retain 30% of the sales (Isreal). I assume the tech in the scales products will continue to be sourced from SBW as well (?)

In al honestly I'm pretty happy with this.

Important thing to note - you wouldn't sell a money making asset (Healthweigh) to focus on a new product area (retail innovations) when you dont need the money - would make no sense.......unless.....
This sale I think clearly shows how bullish they are on the retail innovation business and where they believe it is heading.
These guys are not dud business people - very astute. They know what they're doing and know where RI is headed (whole reason i bought)
