I agree the register being very tight is of benefit.
I can’t see how any capital raise to existing shareholders would raise any meaningful funds given there are so few shareholders, so the company would need to go to external investors. If they did this, imagine if they raised at a premium
Yes, I know CRs are rarely at a premium, but given the fact hardly any shares are available on market, issuing new shares at a slight premium gives investors a chance to buy in without chasing it on the open market.
Let’s hope the dilution is very limited so that this remains a tight register
I must say, it’s a very strange announcement but in all honesty, having done business in Israel, this kind of action really doesn’t surprise me.
