I haven't spent a lot of time on this but hope it is an overreaction to the defeat. I normally take the high moral ground but abstained in this case. As a major shareholder with a particular effect on the sp particularly because of the stated preference for exiting, special consideration was given to Shell that I think is justifiable. In the long run the sp will do just as well either way, it is just the uncertainty in the mean time we have to worry about. WPL is above its 180 MA and if the shell sale is a big part of that then it will fall particularly if a correction is upon us - I hope not.
