you are amazingly right. I was very happy at the first instance but later on I realised the share price was drifting down over the past few days (may be shorted or some other means ) so that the takeover price looks attractive.Some of our longterm holders are happy with the outcome .They should have offered annual dividend +special dividend in addition to takeover price.Infact we could do better.Between $2.75 to $3.00 would be a better price ( I don't think we are greedy) EPW has enormous potential . If we remove Dividend then the price goes down more.I sincerely hope,another bidder will emerge with better offer (closer to true value of around $3)
