I suppose if you really think about it, Shell is convinced it is worth 2.465 and they would have done their "due diligence" using their top experts and if THEY think it is worth at least $2.465, then someone else will think the same if not more....

I was very happy holding EPW, so if the deal falls through I won't have any sleepless nights - I'm going to just hold and wait for Christmas )
