Hello. There is no such thing as a $1 billion NPV when numbers are plucked out of speculation. While I personally struggled to reconcile the various feasibility study data issued by PEK with their respective NPVs, one impression I have is PEK appeared to use Nd-Pr prices of US$232/kg on 24/10/22 and US$120/kg on 30/11/23. The current Nd-Pr price is US$43.81/kg excluding VAT.
