Can you recall the US stating that graphite was of strategic importance?
We all know that China has been providing the world with supply but their resources have now dwindled (read almost non-existent)? Is this a way of ensuring that they maintain their position through their knowhow, etc??
What are the implications for TON if the Chinese Govt is indeed looking at our resource with a longterm view?
