Also I guess the LOI is not binding on TON. If a better deal comes along TON can accept it. The Chinese would be aware and wary of this.
We are talking about the largest most diverse quality graphite deposit in the world. Graphite that is expandable up to 1000 times. Unique!! To the Chinese it must be almost priceless. I would expect them to lock it up quickly! If they are greedy going for Ancuabe too they may risk losing both.
