    0.7 c is an important level, because at this price the recent CR means those who participated can sell at a slight profit and retain the ops.

    many of course would have sold at 0.6c and even 0.5c for similar reason, that is why vol is important,
    once we clear 0.7 and 0.8c then it could be time for an update.
