My concern, and I think Matt's, isn't so much that it won't happen, but that it won't happen this year. This dry season is getting very long in the tooth and I've been invested here long enough to put little faith in managers meeting timelines. If there is a hint of 'not happening this year' in any upcoming announcements the sp will be back at it's lows in the blink of an eye IMO. Hold fast but set a stop loss. IMHO.
