This 6.5kt shipped is either a spot shipment or a commercial (final step) trial shipment to a separate off-taker.
As per below snippet from Benchmark:

Therefore this shipment is either for a new/2nd potential off-taker or a spot shipment IMO.
The 'green' sections shows a rough timeline guide...all going without any hiccups, it takes a min of 6 months, hopefully, this should easy
the nerves of some...Blue Chip Co in the making, it won't happen overnight...at an insane entry opportunity.
